Troubleshooting:

When the fan is in Advanced Sleep Mode, it is normal for it to start oscillating after one hour of operation, as this is the default setting. During installation, make sure that the screws are aligned with the flat surface of the motor shaft, not the curved surface, as this could reduce air output.

If the fan is not operating as expected, it could be due to a timer being accidentally set. Double-check the timer settings and try restarting the fan. Make sure to verify if the fan is in Advanced Sleep Mode or if the screen is manually set to off. To adjust settings in this mode, press the panel twice - once to wake it up and once to make the adjustments.
